Check if you're already registered

  • With previous registration to the ActiveLink app or Benefits Made Better portal
    Partners who have already registered to the app or through the Benefits Made Better portal (www.benefitsmadebtter.com) don’t need to register again. They may use their registered email address and password to log into the ActiveLink app.
  • Without previous registration
    Partners must register through the ActiveLink app and fill out the required fields. Partners will be asked to accept the data privacy consent forms by entering a verification code sent to their mobile number or email address.


Fingerprint errors

Fingerprint recognition errors are common during login, especially with Android phones. To resolve this error, follow these steps:
  • When logging in, firmly tap your device’s fingerprint sensor.
  • If the error message pops up, retry tapping your fingerprint sensor and make sure that your finger is properly placed on the sensor.
  • If the error message pops up again, log in using your registered email address instead

If the "Try Again" error message appears, try the following:
  • Retry scanning your fingerprint by firmly placing it in the sensor.
  • If the error still occurs after trying three times, enter your phone's passcode to access the app.
  • If the error persists every time you login, please enter your password instead.

"Too many requests sent"

The error message "Too many requests sent. Please try again after 60 seconds" prompts when the user has entered the incorrect login credentials after 2 attempts. Please make sure that you enter the correct username (email address) and password after 60 seconds.

If error still persists, try these steps:
  • Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” button. If the same error continues to prompt, have your account reset by sending your request at [email protected]. ActiveLink will inform you once your account has been reset. Once reset, you need to register again.
  • It is also likely that you are not yet registered to the ActiveLink mobile app or BMB (www.benefitsmadebetter.com)
    • Click “Register” and enter required details.
    • Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number for confirmation and acceptance of the Data Privacy Consent Provisions.

Registering your mobile number
Due to our system enhancements, some mobile numbers are not pushing through the app registration, specifically those numbers starting with “1” after the first 4 digits (e.g., 0917-1XXXXXX or 0926-1456789).
Our team is doing its best to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we suggest the following:
  1. Register via www.benefitsmadebetter.com, then use the registered email and password when you log in to the app; or
  2. Use a different mobile number when registering via ActiveLink app.

Internet connection

The ActiveLink app requires internet connection to function properly. Please try to connect to a stronger WiFi signal or double check your mobile data connection.

To ensure full functionality, mobile devices must meet the following requirements:

For iOS
  • Version: iOS 8
  • Minimum device storage: 25 MB
  • Fingerprint sensor: Optional
  • Minimum phone security: PIN

For Android
  • Minimum Android API Level: 22
  • Version: Android 5.1 (Lollipop)
  • Minimum device storage: 16 MB
  • Fingerprint sensor: Optional
  • Minimum phone security: PIN

Limitations

ActiveLink constantly try to make your benefits better by upscaling our service delivery, including the functionality of the ActiveLink mobile application. To experience the application’s full functionality, the following must be noted:

  1. The mobile application works better when you install the latest version.
  2. The mobile application is compatible with the latest operating systems.

Always check Google Play and App Store for the mobile application’s latest version. To check whether your device’s OS is updated, go to Settings > System > About Phone
