What if I have already accepted the DECF (but not yet submitted the other supporting documents) and I change my mind or decide not to push through with enrolling my dependent? Can I cancel?

NO. Completing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) automatically confirms your dependents’ endorsement to the medical benefits plan.

Once confirmed via Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), dependents can no longer be cancelled within the policy period (until September 30, 2025), except for the following conditions:

  • Partner resignation
  • Death of the dependent
  • Dependent has existing HMO coverage (subject to approval)
  • Dependent will work/live overseas

Valid supporting documents must be submitted together with the deletion request.
