Here are the steps when availing dental benefits:
Step 1. Partner shall directly contact the clinic to make an appointment prior to visit. Partner should mention to the clinic their company name, employee or dependent, and card number.

Step 2. Dentist will contact Dental Network Company to verify benefits and eligibility of card holder.
Step 3. Partner/dependent shall go to the clinic during the time of their appointment, and must bring their Dental Network Card and a government-issued ID for verification purposes.
Step 4. After treatment, partner/dependent will be asked to sign a dental accomplishment form.
