If you want to skip a dependent for enrollment, you are required to provide the reason for skipping and uploading the supporting document:

| Working/living overseas | Passport or any document (e.g. Residence Certificate, Employment Contract) that can be used as proof that he/she is working/living overseas |
| With existing HMO coverage | Copy of HMO card |
| Separated | Notarized Affidavit stating that you are no longer living together |
| Deceased | Death certificate |
